On your conference call, you can take questions one at a time by using the live Q&A feature on your account. In order to take questions, simply make sure that the conference call is in lecture mode. Lecture mode is enabled by clicking the “Lecture Mode” icon from the live call screen or by pressing *5 on your telephone keypad.
Once lecture mode is enabled on the conference call, instruct your participants to press *1 if they have a question. Moderators can open individual lines for questions in two different ways:
1.) Use the # key from their telephone keypad to go through the questions.
2.) Use the live call screen and click on “Take First/Next Question”.
Participants can remove themselves from the question list at any time by pressing # on their keypad. You can see the video instructions to Q&A at our YouTube channel or call us for any questions you might have about hosting Q&A sessions on your conference call.
