Unique Users for your Account

I assisted a customer with adding & deleting users. I walked her through her online account to help her get familiar with what the online account has to offer. She was glad that this option of deleting & adding users was provided to the customer.

Adding Permission Based Users is easy

Removing them is also simple.  On your Account Screen click on the email address of the contact you wish to remove.  Click “Edit”.  Change their status to User Status to “Deleted”.

Need to update a contact on your account?

Customer called in to request assistance with updating her saved contacts.

To edit your saved contacts, go to your Contact Manager, click on the contact, then click the Edit button.

Adding Users

Customer called in to update his billing information. He also asked how he could add new users. I walked him through the process on his online account. He was pleased to have many options to modify his account.

Adding Permission Based Users to your account is easy!

1.) Click the Add link on the web-management page “My Account”
2.) Before you add the new user, you will have several options for the login:
Email Address: Enter the user’s email address which will also be the login user name.
Password: We automatically generate a random password for the user. Feel free to choose your own.
Time Zone: Select the time zone for this user.
