We’ll listen

Customer called with an issue regarding the “click to listen” option for the name recording.  Each time she attempted to listen to a name recorded, her computer was pulling up Dell Jukebox instead of her usual audio program.  I explained to the customer that the settings on her computer had been changed and that I would be happy to help her record the names of her conference attendees.  After listening to 15-20 names for her, she complimented us: “your company is wonderful!  We are very, very pleased with your service.  Since we have begun conferencing, attendance has been up and more members are participating.  You have helped us expand tremendously!”

**If you are having problems listening to name recordings, most likely the default audio program on your computer has been changed.

Recorded Names of Callers

Customer called in to find out how they could listen to the participants/moderators recorded name. When you enter a conference call, the system requests you to record your name. This name recording can be listened to from the conference detail screen.

How to listen to name recordings:
1. Log into your account: www.accuconference.com/customer

2. Click on Conference Manager

3. Under Conference History (near the bottom of the page) click “View” for the Conference you wish to hear the name recordings for

4. Under the Column “Name“, click on “Listen

404 Access Number - what is it for?

You might be wondering why there is a 404 access number in addition to your 800 access number.  Just to clarify, anyone in the US 50 states (Hawaii and Alaska) or Canada can use the Toll-Free access number.  We include a direct dial (404#) access number if you have participants overseas.

Forgot your code(s)?

Customer called wanting to know how to find his Moderator Conference Code. If you have lost your Conference Card (wallet card), you can retrieve your Moderator Conference Code from your web management site. Login: www.AccuConference.com/customer/

**If you do lose your wallet card, it might be a good idea to change your codes - call use at 1.80.989.9239

Immediate Availability

A new customer called in and learned that they could hold a conference immediately and also anytime they needed without having to contact us.  Each of our accounts has at least one “On-Demand” conference (set of codes - Moderator/Participant) which can be used anytime without a reservation or schedule.  In addition, customers can add as many conferences (unique set of codes - Moderator/Participant) as they want or need at no additional charge.
