Customer - large retail chain - requested specific PINs for all their stores for easy tracking on conference calls. I have been emailed a list with the stores & corresponding store numbers. They want the store number to be part of the PIN.
This can easily be setup. If fact, we can add a customer access number and prompt for you at no additional charge. If you would like, we can print custom cards for your individual store(s)/location(s).

Customer called in to change his conference name. I assisted him by walking him through his online account & making the proper modifications.
Changing a conference name is also possible from the admin page:
-Log into your customer account
-From the Conference Manager Tab, select View Conference List
-Click on the conference name you wish to change
-Click the Edit Button, then type the new Conference name in the appropriate dialogue box, then Click Update.

Customer called with questions about the scheduling of a conference. They too were pleased on how they could give one time use pins to their participants.
Creating One Time Pins with the click of a button:
*Go to ‘Conference Manager’ and click on ‘View Conference List’
*Click on the name of your conference and scroll to the ‘Active PIN List’ at the bottom
*Click ‘Add PIN’ found directly above ‘Active PIN List’
* Name the new PIN
*Verify the style of the PIN (moderator, participant, or speaker)
*Check the box labeled “Limited Use” and put the number 1 in the “Number of Uses” Dialog Box
*Click ‘Add PIN’

Customer called in to ask how he could set up a new participant pin code. I gave him the options of having me change the pin for him or having me walk him through the process. He preferred to go through the process for future needs.
Adding Conference Codes can be done directly from the customer admin site!
To add a conference code:
*Go to ‘Conference Manager’ and click on ‘View Conference List’
*Click on the name of your conference and scroll to the ‘Active PIN List’ at the bottom
*Click ‘Add PIN’ found directly above ‘Active PIN List’
* Name the new PIN
* Verify the PIN Style matches the style of the deleted PIN
*If desired, limit the PIN use
*Click ‘Add PIN’

Customer called in to inquire about separate billing. I explained our accounting codes feature & gave different options on how to find out exactly who is using his account (such as permission based users). I gave them options of assigning moderator codes, recording his conference, adding accounting codes, viewing the call log, & adding more conference lines to distinguish the usage of the account.
