Recording Playback Setup

Customer called in to get assistance with setting up recording & play back on his account. I walked him through the procedure from his online account.

Activating Record and Playback can be done from the AccuConference Customer Site:
-Log into the customer site online at www.AccuConference.com
-Click on Conference Manager, then View Conference List
-Select the conference you would like to change by clicking on the conference name.
-Click on “Edit” at the top right of the screen
-Scroll down until you see the option to check the boxes marked “Allow Conference Dialin Playback” and “Automatically Record Conference”. Check those boxes.
-Click Update

Making Conference Code Changes

Customer called in to change his pin. I walked him through his online account to help him get more familiar with what it has to offer.

To change a conference code or PIN:
-Go to ‘Conference Manager’ and click on ‘View Conference List’
-Click on the name of your conference and scroll to the ‘Active PIN List’ at the bottom
-Click ‘(Rem)’ to the left of the conference code to delete the old code
-Click ‘Add PIN’ found directly above ‘Active PIN List’
-Name the new PIN
-Verify the PIN Style matches the style of the deleted PIN
-If desired, limit the PIN use
-Click ‘Add PIN’

Name Changing

Customer called in to change his conference name. I assisted him by walking him through his online account & making the proper modifications.

Changing a conference name is also possible from the admin page:
-Log into your customer account
-From the Conference Manager Tab, select View Conference List
-Click on the conference name you wish to change
-Click the Edit Button, then type the new Conference name in the appropriate dialogue box, then Click Update.

Live, then recorded

Customer called in to request for one of her previously recorded conferences to be played into her live conference, this morning. I played the recording into her conference with no issues.

Playing a previously recorded conference into a live conference is easy from the customer admin site.
-Log into your customer account and from the Conference Manager Tab, click on View Conference List
-Click on the name of the live conference you wish to have
-Click the Edit button at the top right of the screen
-Choose from the drop down box which recording you would like recorded into your live conference then click Update.
-When you are on your call, use the online dynamic page to press the play button and play the previously recorded conference into your live conference

Adding Conferences

Customer called in, fearing, that she would not be able to add a new conference line. I explained to her that she can have as many conference lines as she desires. She stated that she is very satisfied with her services & that we do a great job every time she calls customer service with meeting her needs.
