Customer called in to activate two of his one time use conference lines for dial in play back. I explained the charges for dial in play back on his account.
You can allow playback on your recorded conferences by selecting “Allow Conference Dialin Playback” on the conference detail screen.
Participants can either press “#” and then their participant code to listen to a recorded call, or you can setup a Playback Participant conference code which will automatically join them to a recorded call when they dial in.
