Recording Playback

Customer called in to activate two of his one time use conference lines for dial in play back. I explained the charges for dial in play back on his account.

You can allow playback on your recorded conferences by selecting “Allow Conference Dialin Playback” on the conference detail screen.

Participants can either press “#” and then their participant code to listen to a recorded call, or you can setup a Playback Participant conference code which will automatically join them to a recorded call when they dial in.

Specialized Playback

Customer called and inquired about associating a specific dial in playback pin to one recording for dial in playback on the same conference as opposed to having a different set of conferences for each recording.

If you need something specific and you can’t find it online, call us. We usually can setup something that fits your need exactly. In the case above, we can setup so a particular participant code will always be associated with one specific recording for playback making it easier on you and your clients.

Need to update a contact on your account?

Customer called in to request assistance with updating her saved contacts.

To edit your saved contacts, go to your Contact Manager, click on the contact, then click the Edit button.

Where are my numbers?

Customer called in to confirm her access numbers & pin codes. I sent her an email with her account information.

To view your conference code(s) and access number(s):
-Go to ‘Conference Manager’ and click on ‘View Conference List’
-Click on the name of your conference and scroll down until you see the access numbers and PINs.

Updating your account

Customer called in to update billing information & to add a new contact.

To update my billing/credit card information:
-Go to the ‘Account’ tab and click on ‘My Account’
-Click ‘Edit’ in the right corner
-Scroll down to ‘Credit Card Information’ and update
-Click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the screen

To add a contact:
-Go to the ‘Account’ tab and click on ‘My Profile’
-Click on the ‘Contacts’ option located just above your e-mail address
-Click on ‘Add Contact’ located under the heading ‘Contact List’
-Enter the information of the person you would like to add
-Click ‘Add Contact’
