Creating Excitement for Customers

Customer called in to ask about our services. When I went over our rate plans he decided to join right away. He could not believe that many features were included & that we offer free recordings. He liked the auto pay feature & the fact that he could manage, almost everything from his account, online. Ok, so I get excited about these calls and wanted to post one.

We’ll listen

Customer called with an issue regarding the “click to listen” option for the name recording.  Each time she attempted to listen to a name recorded, her computer was pulling up Dell Jukebox instead of her usual audio program.  I explained to the customer that the settings on her computer had been changed and that I would be happy to help her record the names of her conference attendees.  After listening to 15-20 names for her, she complimented us: “your company is wonderful!  We are very, very pleased with your service.  Since we have begun conferencing, attendance has been up and more members are participating.  You have helped us expand tremendously!”

**If you are having problems listening to name recordings, most likely the default audio program on your computer has been changed.

Recording Audio and Web Conference for Playback

We can record both your audio and web conference for later playback via a flash file. Let us know before your call that you need the conference recorded. Once your conference is complete, we will send you a flash file you can post to your website.
