Customer called in to update his billing information. He also asked how he could add new users. I walked him through the process on his online account. He was pleased to have many options to modify his account.
Changing billing/credit card info :
*Go to the ‘Account’ tab and click on ‘My Account’
*Click ‘Edit’ in the right corner
*Scroll down to ‘Credit Card Information’ and fill in the appropriate info
*Click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the screen and you’re billing information will be automatically updated
