Customer called in to ask how he could set up a new participant pin code. I gave him the options of having me change the pin for him or having me walk him through the process. He preferred to go through the process for future needs.
Adding Conference Codes can be done directly from the customer admin site!
To add a conference code:
*Go to ‘Conference Manager’ and click on ‘View Conference List’
*Click on the name of your conference and scroll to the ‘Active PIN List’ at the bottom
*Click ‘Add PIN’ found directly above ‘Active PIN List’
* Name the new PIN
* Verify the PIN Style matches the style of the deleted PIN
*If desired, limit the PIN use
*Click ‘Add PIN’

Customer called in to update his billing information. He also asked how he could add new users. I walked him through the process on his online account. He was pleased to have many options to modify his account.
Changing billing/credit card info :
*Go to the ‘Account’ tab and click on ‘My Account’
*Click ‘Edit’ in the right corner
*Scroll down to ‘Credit Card Information’ and fill in the appropriate info
*Click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the screen and you’re billing information will be automatically updated

Customer called in to ask about managing pin codes. I advised him that he could, forever, use the original pins. We also went over “scheduling one time conferences & the adding & removing of the pins. Customer was very happy that he called in to ask because he would have never imagined that he would have so many privileges from his online account. He stated that he was glad with signing up & did not waste any time to hold his first conference call.

Adding Permission Based Users to your account is easy!
1.) Click the Add link on the web-management page “My Account”
2.) Before you add the new user, you will have several options for the login:
Email Address: Enter the user’s email address which will also be the login user name.
Password: We automatically generate a random password for the user. Feel free to choose your own.
Time Zone: Select the time zone for this user.

Customer called in to ask if we had a function that would automatically record his conferences. I walked him through his online account & helped him set up the “automatically record conference” feature. He was amazed of how many features we had & how developed we have our services. He likes the idea of being able to download his recording right after his conference.
