The customer first wanted to comment about our outstanding services. She stated that she finds our services extremely user friendly all the way around. This includes the usage of features, assistance with organizing conferences by providing additional conference lines with assigned moderator & participant codes, the online account manager & the ease of setting up a conference call. She just called in to add an additional conference line.
