If you have a conference and it has been deactivated, it most likely means you scheduled a conference from your conference manager page for a specific date and time. The online scheduler creates a unique code for the moderator and participant for the one-time use scheduled call. Once the scheduled call is over, the scheduled conference is automatically deactivated for security purposes. If you do not need to deactivate your codes each time, then use your “On-Demand” conference(s) which can be found under Conference Manager.
