Conference Call Recording

Received a call regarding the call recordings. This caller was wanting to know what format the recording file is and whether they could choose the format. All of our call recordings are .wav format. Once the file is downloaded any recording software can be used to convert the .wav to any audio format. A couple of great audio editors are Audacity (free) and Soundforge (not free). Here are three with some of our thoughts:
Audacity
Pros:
Very Easy to Use
Easy To Edit File
Cons:

MP3 compatability not included, but doable

SoundForge
Pros:

Cons:
Price

ITunes
